Question
Dear,

Good Day,

I have two questions please:

1- Is it available to complete Ph.D degree in campus-based university if I have an online Master degree?

2- If I have MBA (Professional Degree), Can I complete Ph.d (Weather Online or Campus)

Any other details about Online / Distance / Virtual Learning would be useful for me.

I'm really in need of your help and answer, and thanks a lot in advance for your reply.

Sami

Answer
1.  It depends on the university.  It also depends on the online Masters degree.  Some universities will give you credit for the online Masters.  Some will not, and you will have to take those classes all over again.

2.  Most colleges don't care if you have a masters or MBA when you apply for a PhD program.

Beware of online colleges that charge money.  Some of the programs are excellent, while others are of very poor quality.

You can take excellent online classes for free from MIT, Johns Hopkins, and other world-class universities.  For more information visit http://ocw.mit.edu or http://www.ocwconsortium.org
