DEAR TODD,,,,IAM OMAR LIVING IN KUWAIT I FINICHED MY SCHOOL AND LOST COMPLETLY LOST IN ORDER TO FIND THE UNIVERSITY THAT I SHOULD GO THROUGH AND IN WHICH COUNTRY   WHAT  ARE THE THINGS THAT I SHOULD GO THROUGH TO MAKE UP MY DISITION PLEASE HELP

Answer
Omar,

There are a number of things you might want to think about in deciding where to go to college. The most important issue is do you want to stay in Kuwait, because then I guess your options are limited. If not, do you want to stay in the Mideast or explore another part of the world. If you are going someplace outside Kuwait you will want to make sure that you understand the language well enough to go to college there. You should also consider such things as the cost to travel to another country and go to college there as well as the cultural issues that involved with living in another country.

You should also think about what you might want to study in college. You then need to make sure that any college you are looking at has that as something you can study.

Paying for college is also a major issue for most people so you want to determine whether you can afford to attend any particular college. If in doubt you can check with the college to see what financial aid they might available.

I have a web site that addresses some of these issues for foreign students looking to attend college in the United States. That can be found here. http://www.collegeadmissionspartners.com/international_students.htm

Here is another page that you might find helpful. It details some of the things to look for in a college. It focuses on colleges in the United States but much of the information will apply regardless of where you wish to go to college.

I hope this information helps.

Good luck and have fun in the search for the right college.
