Choosing the Right College/Private or State?

Question
When applying for a job, do employers look more for where you went to school or the internships you did?  Does it matter whether you went to a small state school or a big private university?

Answer
Donna,
The big thing is how well you did at a particular school.  In the end employers want to know if you know what you're doing.  Internships are important, however it depends on the field that you are interested in.  Most schools offer the same courses and major and while some schools are harder to be accepted into, they might improve your chances in certain jobs.  Regardless of where you received your education, it's important to see that one understood what they were taught and strived to do well.  If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.
