Hello
I am an indian student(2nd year ,bechler of technology) .And i am
planning for my master degree in business from Harvard university but
i have
no work experience yet .Shouid i go for preparations, for this or
change my plan?Will the lack of work experience affect my MBA degree or will it creat any difficulty in front of me to get admissioned me .
planing if yes then how? If u are going to advise me for work
experience ,which type of it should be considering as i am 2nd year electrical
engineering  student..(There are a number of good business school which require no work exprience but they no comparison  with Harvard ).Should i prepare for Harvard or for my regional college )....THANKS

In general, I think the top B schools like to see their students bring in business experience. But, you can find out for sure by checking the Harvard Web site. If the average age of an MBA student is shown, and is more than 22, you can figure that most of their applicants have worked for a couple of years.  You can always e-mail or call the university and ask them for an opinion on this.
