Question
Hi Susie. I am a junior in high school and the thought of college is overwhelming! I am looking to own and run my own bakery. I have a gpa of about 3.3. I am looking for culinary and business management classes. Any suggestions? I am looking all over the US, so any help would be great! Also, I am looking for pre college summer culinary classes in NYC, I know this isn't really your area, but if you happen to know anything that would be great! Thanks in advanced!
I think Johnson and Wales offer a very fine culinary school and would be a good choice. They have a number of different locations. If I were you, I would approach the owner of a local bakery and see whether you could do an
internship with them this summer. The experience would be invaluable.
