Choosing the Right College/I cant figure out which college is best for me?

I want to attend Medical school so I want to go to the best college I can so that I will be accepted to Medical school. However I cant choose between Lamar University and University of Texas @ Austin. I love everything about Lamar University but I don't know if it is good enough to help me get accepted to Medical school. UT is good enough but I don't think that its the right school for me. What do you think I should do?
I think you should choose the school that is right for you. You can major in whatever interests you the most and take as many sciences classes as you can and do well. Medical schools do not care what you major in so don't be concerned about that. Having the right fit is the most important consideration when choosing a college.
