i'm planning to become an lpn but i would like to have your opinion on whats the best school here in miami for this medical career...have you heard anything about florida national college
-----Answer-----
Florida National would be a good school to look at. I would first call and set up an interview which would give you a chance to tell them your goals. Then they can explain their programs to you and you can decide what works best for your schedule and future.
AnswerMiami-Dade College-School of nursing is a respected program as well. Nurses are in big demand in Florida, with those speaking Spanish especially sought after. It is a good idea for you to make sure any program you begin is accredited. You might also want to talk with hiring personnel at some local hospitals and ask where most of their LPN's attended school. I think you are on the right track but you do need to do your own research.
