Choosing the Right College/choosing a college

Question
i am an older student (over 40) another couple of semesters and i will have an AA done. am looking for a school to transfer to. i am very mobile - can go anywhere in country to get the education and hopefully it will be a place that i can stay. so looking for both good school and potential job market. my plan is to major in sociology and minor in spanish. i have over 20 years in social services, but don't have the degree in social services. i lean heavily towards a more liberal view and would not do well in a conservative environment. a school that would offer advanced degree programs in social work or psychology or sociology would be wonderful! any ideas on where to start?

Answer
Carol,
I strongly first suggest looking at an area of the country you would like to go to or rule out areas you don't want to go to.  One of the best sites for searching colleges is www.princetonreview.com.  It allows you to input all sorts of search criteria.  That should help out a lot.  Good luck.
