hello thnx very much its me agian ,the site is very helpfull but before thinking about the colleg i need help to know in witch country to study medicene or sciene ,, iam thinking about europe  or usa..how ill start searching and ther is many many colleges??
and how ill know that this country will fite me before searching for a colleg in it
and how ill know the country which have  best universities in my faculty,and what u think about italy ?
  ,????      did u have any strategies or plan to diffecult student like me from her hould i begen???  i beleive u can help from th articles at i read abou u       ......thnx

It is very difficult to provide such information to a particular person because each person's needs are so different. For colleges in the United States I would recommend that you start with a site like www.collegeboard.com which has a college search engine. You can put in information about your grades and test scores, majors in which you have an interest, etc. and it will give you some colleges that match.

I do not have enough familiarity with colleges in Europe to really comment. You can get a wonderful education in either medicine or science in many colleges around the world.

I hope that helps at least for colleges in the United States.
