What is a good college in Texas that give degrees in the nursing field????????

There are many good colleges in Texas that offer degrees in nursing. What is good for you may not be good for someone else because everyone's needs are different.

I would suggest that you go to the College Navigator website of the federal government. There you can look by state and major to find the various programs you might be interested in. You can also compare your test scores to see if each college is appropriate for you. That web address is

http://nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator/

When I looked up Texas and nursing programs I found 84 programs in the State. This includes a number of community colleges as well as such universities as the University of Texas at Austin, which is a wonderful college for many students, but fairly difficult to gain admission.

Take a look at the list and find the best college for your needs.
