Choosing the Right College/hello

Hello I am in the 10th grade right now.I am looking to attend a good business college like wharton or columbia,MIT  pretty much what ever i can get into hopefully a college from the top 50 list.Only i dont really know how to achive this.Like what should i do outside of school and at school so i can get into one of these schools.
the problem i have is that the beginning of 9th grade i did bad i got an F in french a D in history  a C in languge arts and a D in science.Then i got all Bs second semester and now i want to do very good in 10th grade coming up and plan on joning the enviromental club and the computer club. and getting a job then over summer volunteering somewhere here.Can you help me out i need help  please   thank you

The most important thing you can do now is to take strong academic classes and do the best you can from now on.  You will also be taking the SAT and ACT next year and it is important to do well on these tests.  Many colleges have excellent business schools so you need to consider all of your options and which school would fit you the best.  Just because it isn't a big name school doesn't mean that it won't be an excellent education sought after by many employers.  For now, study hard, get involved in a few extra curricular activities where you can show leadership by your senior year, and make the most of your high school experience.
