Question -
I have a aa degree in eaely childhood, I don't no whether to majoir in early childhood/child development or elementary ed.

Answer -
What is your career goal?

Are you looking to teach, and if so, at what grade level?

Answer
Your AA degree may dictate what you'll want to do in this situation. Some colleges will take all or most of the credit you have earned in your AA, while others will be more strict - wanting you to take your major courses with them.  This could have a practical bearing on what you decide to do in terms of the number of courses needed to finish up your bachelors degree.

My suggestion is to look into programs that include elementary ceritfication but also allow you to add on the early childhood/Pre K level, too. Here in NY, that's how it works; elementary ed programs certify grades 1-6 and the nursery & K certifications are add ons that require an add'l course or two. Do you know how it works in your home state? If not, it would be good to find out soon.

In many states, elementary ed majors are required to pick up a second concentration. This might be helpful to you if you are thinking of work in a social service setting. Programs like psychology & sociology could be useful.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask more questions.
