Choosing the Right College/online classes

QuestionI graduated in 2005 but never went to college because i felt burnt out and didn't have the money. I wasn't approved for any scholarships and the loans where just outrageous.... Now that I have worked for two years I feel like I am ready to continue my education but with my hectic work schedule I feel like I won't be able to go to a campus...The idea of sitting in classrooms again just bores me to death. Is there any way I can get an online liberal arts degree online without having had any prior college experience or credits? And if so are there any good programs in the state of Iowa. Also is liberal arts a good beginning if I am interested in pursuing a career in Journalism, creative writing, or Spanish teacher?
Thanks so much!!!
AnswerLiberal arts is a great beginning for any major you want to pursue or as a major in itself. Your two options would be to start classes at night at a community college or to look at an online degree which you could pursue at your own pace. College is different from high school and you might not mind some of those classrooms now. Online degrees are available wherever you live. You just need to have a computer and the determination to do the work.
