I would like to go to college to become a psychologist but really don't want to leave Ohio so what would some of the better psychology colleges be in Ohio. Also what do those colleges look for.

Psychology is offered at most schools as a major.  The first thing you should do is consider which schools in Ohio are right for you.  Do you want a small liberal arts school or a large university?  After you have decided this, go to the individual websites of the schools and see which ones appeal to you and what their admissions requirements are.  Colleges are looking for students who have the high school background and motivation to do well.
They are interested in the courses you take, your grades, test scores, recommendations, and essay.
