QUESTION: hi Susie,

i am now studying my first quater in a community college in washiton state, since i am considering to go to univrsity in california, i want to transfer to the community college there, my gpa is arround 3.3, and my major gonna be architecture.

so can you recommand me some good community college there that fit my situation, thank you!

ANSWER: Santa Barbara City College might be your best bet.  It has a good website which can give you all of the information you need.

Most of the community colleges in California do a good job of preparing students to enter a four year school.  I think a lot depends on where you want to live.  I think you can take your core education classes at a community and then get into architecture when you get into a four year college.
