this is the detail about me.
i am now studying my first quater in a community college in washiton state, since i am considering to go to univrsity in california, i want to transfer to the community college there, my gpa is arround 3.3, and my major gonna be architecture.

so can you recommand me some good community college there that fit my situation, thank you!

I take it that you want to go to CC in California so that you can then move on to a California state university. If this is so, you probbaly have a lot of choice. I suggest you see which 4 year schools have architecture and via those EWeb sites and admissions oficers, ask them if they have articulation agreements for the arch program with some 2 year schools, and choose from that list.  If you have many options, strongly consider those that will place you in ana rea in which you'd like to live, or have family ties, etc.  You may also find notable variation in room and board cost at the two year schools - something else to be mindful of.
