dear susie                               iam living inmiddle  east and i finiched my high school and i would like know why i should enter college before entering medical school in the usa.and what course should i do in college .

In the US, when a student is interested in medical school, he goes to a four year college first and majors in a subject he enjoys.  This can be anything from philosophy to english.  The student also needs to take all of the math and science classes available and do well in them.
Most medical schools want students who are interested in many different subjects and majors.
