hello ,my name is omar from kuwait ,,iam close to finich high school and want to find the right university for me outside in europe or usa ....1-how should i begen searching in which country.   2- do u have any advise that help me in the searching prosis in all this countries or another way that that students use in order  to find ther university or any guide?? thnx

Hi Omar,

A couple of ideas to get you started -

1) if you want to go to school in an English language nation, you should take the TOEFL exam, as this will almost certainly be required of you (if your secondary schooling has not been in English). Aim for a computer based score of 213 or higher, or a paper test score of 550 or higher.

2) If your transcript is not in English, you should find a translation service to convert it to English (and the language of any other nations you are lookign at) for you.

As far as schools go, a good place to begin would be the College Board and Peterson's Web sites. These provide lots of general college info. Once you start to identify specific schools, you can check them out thoroughly via Web site.
