Question Good afternoon. My name is Michael and I am a middle school student in Michigan. We are researching careers in my class. I think I would like to be a missionary. Could you answer the following questions? What can I do now? How can I set a good example at my school? Looking forward to your reply. You can email me at
lvolz@casscity.k12.mi.us thank you fro your time.
AnswerWell Michael, if you truly would like to a follower of God then you need to put him above all, not that you shouldn't in the first place, but he is the number one priority in missionary work. You must be able to fast(not eat for awhile) if he says fast, or talk to someone when he wants you to talk to them. You don't want to end up like Jonah do you? I am in high school and there is alot of pressure to talk to peers or to even speak up. I have been there for three years now (I am a junior) and there are still the complications of not knowing who to talk to, what to say, or when to say it. For one check out and see if your school has a FCA (Fellow Christian Athletes, you don't have to be an athlete)or a christian or whatever religion you are. If not then there is the national day of prayer, encourage your principal to help. Ask him to put an anouncement on the intercom about telling other students when it is. Remember most that little things can mean a big difference. One time I wore a christian shirt, you'd be suprised how others react. I never did get anyone that came up to me and was offended by my shirt. Wear the WWJD bracelet, Wear the shirt,or Draw crosses on your notebooks and put a verse on it so then if you loose it someone will have to look at it to see whose notebook it is. Have you ever had a crush on a girl? Well, you know how you sort of want to love them? Then you try your hardest to get them to notice you? God's not much different, except for he already loves you. Go all out for God. You are his child, do what you can for him and he'll do the same for you. Thank you for YOUR time. If you have anymore questions please don't be afraid to write me back. Jeremiah 33:3. Good luck. Elizabeth.
