That is the correct name for the movie.  It was filmed in Little Rock Arkansas in the fall of 1991.  I know this because I was an extra in the movie and several of my friend from high school are in it. In fact the only ones in the movie who I didn't know were the lead characters. I'm trying to find a copy myself.

I also remember seeing this movie Tomorrow Never Comes and I am trying to find it myself. I do know that a pastor Tony Minick had some type of affiliation with this movie and brought it to our school for us to watch.
