i'm trying to find out the name of a christian film i saw a long time ago. it had to have been filmed in the late 60's early 70's an it was about this kid who runs away from home and joins a commune of hippie 'jesus freaks'. i rememeber the opening scene of the movie showed the kid popping an 8track into his car stereo and drove around as the credits rolled. there was another part at the beginning where the kid's classroom takes a field trip to his dads workplace, which was some kind of giant old-school computer lab or something. then i think the kid later tries to sabotage the place. i remember another scene where this hippie girl is in her room staring at a black and white drawing of jesus hanging on her wall.
I don't know if you have any idea what im talking about but if you could suggest a few possible movies i'd be grateful. god bless.
