Christian Music/Looking for a song by Truth

Question
Truth was at Christ Fellowship in Palm Beach Gardens, FL and they had a single song recording of a new song (at that time) which they had available for purchase - I don't know if it ever made it to an actual album before the group disbanded. The words began something like, "Lord, you are holy, you are holy . . ." and then the chorus went,  "We praise you, we lift you up, we magnify, we glorify, we exalt you, we exalt you, we praise you . . ." Anyway, do you know if an album exists that contains this recording or if music is available for this song?

You could check the albums, and, if available, buy it. Another place to look (once you have the album title) is Amazon. They sometimes have used out of print music available.
