Question
I was flipping through radio stations tonight and caught part of a really pretty song.I have tried to find it on the Internet by what lyrics I know but have had no luck. It was a female singer with a distinctive voice...not like Patsy Cline but the idea of her being unusual sounding if that makes sense. Lyrics I got: cry blood stained, you are my guy or you're my guy, do I just sit and pray, something about my arm being up and towards the end was you're my daddy, my Allah, my everything. It was so pretty but I can't seem to find the name of it anywhere.... One of those songs you hear for the first time and you have to have it. Thanks a ton!

Answer
Hi Julie,
I believe the song you're looking for is "Yahweh" by: Tal and Acacia.
Here's a link to a video featuring the song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J9VXCCWW_hk
And a link to the lyrics: http://www.onlylyrics.com/hits.php?grid=11&id=1040004

The part you're referring to is "Cry / As I see your blood stains" and the bridge, which repeats this line: "Do I believe that you're my God / That You're all I need /  That you're all I need" and closes with "My Daddy, My Abba, My Best Friend / YAHWEH".

Let me know if this is what you are looking for or not! :)
God bless,
Alexis
