Question
Pax et bonum!
There is a common problem: people feel very emotional at church service. Some people feel like crying, expressing anger or other emotions. What should poeple do?

Answer
Chairo! I recommend allowing emotions to flow out freely, unless of course they are violent emotions which must be sublimated in a non-violent manner. most importantly one should observe the emotion taking a witness position and see that these feelings are impermanent and not I, me or mine. hope this helps. blessings
