Where can  i find a quotation something like Love is to love someone, not in spite of their flaws, but because of them?

First of all let me explain that the english word "love" has different meanings and connotations in Greek (as used in the original new testament)...
Eros- sexual love
Storge- natural affection e.g family romans 1:31
Phileo- friendship
Agape-God’s love

In John 3:16 when the Apostle John wrote....
John 3:16-17
16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

the word 'love' here is from the Greek word "Agape" which means 1. self giving 2. goes the ‘second mile’ first mile is duty second mile is agape 3. Unconditional 4. Perfectly demonstrated in Jesus. It refers to GOD'SELFLESS LOVE.
God's kind of love goes beyond physical looks and talents and flaws. Likewise the Lord commands us to "love one another" with God's kind of love..
John 13:34-35
34 "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another."
