Question
is it a sin to have oral sex between married christtian couples? and if so where in the bible does it talks about it?

Answer
Any form of sex outside the marriage covenant is obviously wrong from a biblical standpoint (fornication). There is no direct reference to oral sex in the Old or New Testaments. However, principles derived from the Scriptures below would apply to all forms of unnatural sex...

Romans Chapter one
24Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

26Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. 27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

Although verses 26 and 27 relate directly to homosexuality, the Bible uses the terms "exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones" to refer to sex outside God's given norm. Physiologically God has given the male and female organs for sex and reproduction and to abuse the functions of these is tantamount to an act against nature. Oral sex is unnatural sex.
THE BIBLE DEFINES UNNATURAL SEX AS A 'PERVERSION' (verse 27 end) and
perverts will receive the due penalties for their sins.
