Can a person be "Born Again" more than once?

Nihal, I have one more thing to add..
Hebrews 6
4 It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, 5 who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age 6 and who have fallen[c] away, to be brought back to repentance. To their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.
Hebrews Chapter 6 verses 4 to 6 clearly states that thouse who are born again and choose to give up their faith cannot be brought back to repentance. So no one can be born again a second time.

John 3:3-8


3 In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again."

4 "How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!"

5 Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You must be born again.' 8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."

There is a physical birth (verse 4 above) and a spiritual re birth (verse 6 above).

Eph 2:1-2

2 As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, 2 in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient.

We were dead in our transgressions and sins as we are spiritual descendants of Adam (the first of two sinners). We need to be re-born with the Spirit of God (John 3:6) so as to be 'born again' or to be spiritually re born. Only spiritually reborn people (reborn by the Holy Spirit of God) can enter the Kingdom of God. If you do not know whether you are born again, then chances are you are not.
