Question
Is that true that in USA steps are taken always to engage one non Christian as a Pilot in airlines to ensure the safe navigation of the flight in the event the "Rapture" takes place and the Christian Pilot is taken-up?
Your advise ids appreciated.

Answer
Hi Nihal,

No, that's not true although I've heard it as well. Such a policy would never be allowed by the FAA even if the airlines wanted to implement it. Its a baseless modern myth.

The Rapture doctrine is not biblical and such an event will not occur anyway.

Shalom,

After 40 plus years of study and research I have concluded that the religion taught by Y'shua (Jesus) is best defined as authentic Messianic Judaism. This is the approach I bring to these questions. If you are interested in a Messianic Jewish perspective I'm here to answer. I have hands-on experience with several different Christian denominations as well as with Judaism, the Noahide movements, Islam and more.
