Question
My brother (josh) and I were raised to love, fear, and praise the LORD. I am currently a member of a nondenomenational church and have recently turned back to Jesus from the life I once led. My brother, on the other hand, is struggling in his relationship with Christ. He has persued physical relationships over GOD! It just so happens that his current girlfriend is a Catholic and a stubborn one at that. Now I know in God's WORD that he desire's us to be "equally yoked" in faith. I pray for my brother's return to CHRIST, but I wanted to know if their is anything else I can do? And...I have been praying for his Catholic girlfriend to seek a deeper relationship with JESUS, is their anything I can say or do to help soften her heart to GOD's plan for her. PLEASE send any advice!!

God Bless,
Sam Wynne

Answer
Greetings in the name of Jesus, the Christ...

Praise God that you are non-denominational, I pray and hope that all can become so.

All I can say at this point, is to never stop praying for them.  And also, realise this one fact;  It is not anything we as humans do or do not do, that will soften ones heart to accept the truth.  This job is reserved only for the Holy Spirit of God.  It is His job to convince and convict of sin. All we can do is to share the truth we now know, to them, and let the HS do the rest.

Hope this helps...
In His service, and love
Bro.  Kit

Expertise

My main expertise is in Prophecy. I have a B.A. degree in Religion and Church Ministry from a school for Prophets, out of Jacksonville, Florida. I am also quite versed in the Bible as a whole. I am a non-denominational Christian, due to my belief that God never meant for different denominations... there is ONLY one religion (as the word of God says). I consider this to be an excellant way to witness the glory of God to others, and to further His Kingdom, and purposes...before the soon return of His Son, Jesus.
