QuestionYes, I meant as you mention 'transparent' before God not. But the reason why I ask is because I have been asked why is being nude in public sinful to the particular individual doing it if that same individual is not lusting over anybody else and that it's mostly a cultural thing (ie. Natives in the jungle roaming around naked). Another question was in the scenerio of a public shower (A gym for example). Is it a sin to get naked in front of other men to shower?

Question -
Why is it that being exposed naked in public considered immoral or sinful? I have looked at some passages in the bible, but the word nakedness is mostly used figuratively. For example, being naked in front of the Lord (as in to expose oneself with blemish and everything else to God). Can you give me some biblical explanation on this subject.

Answer -
The last paragraph statement about clothing being man's way
perhaps is not wholly correct because God does design clothing for the high
priest, etc. In other words both physical clothing and spiritual clothing
are within God's will. BTW naked before God is also not scriptural unless you are trying to mean transparent before God
AnswerI do not know where you got the statement 'naked before the Lord' but this is definitely not scriptural. Like I mentioned in my previous post nakedness reflects the shame and guilt of original sin and it would be wrong to expose oneself even to the same sex.
