Question
i believed tha God had told me that i would marry this man at church.i had been a widow with children for 7 years.
i kept this to myself for 2 years not telling any one. this man liked me and would try and talk to me but i got so nervous that i ignored him and seemingly brushed him off. eventually a set of circumstances brought us together. i believed because i did not orchestrate it that it must be of God. he wanted to marry quickly so we did in just under 8 months. it is a terrible marriage, he is emotionally and physically abusive. there are times when he is so nice but mostly he is conrolling and jealous. we have been married for 2 1/2 years and have a child together.
If i got it wrong, and God was not in this marriage
can i divorce him. every week a am covered in bruises. i cant take any more

Answer
Greetings in the name of Jesus

YES of course you can divorce this man, God is never in a relationship that would hurt one of His children.
I believe that message or feeling came from satan and not God.

What you need to learn is how to hear from God  yourself...

and I can teach you this...

Please contact the authorities on your husband at once...they will provide you with a place to escape...and deal with your abusive husband.

Expertise

My main expertise is in Prophecy. I have a B.A. degree in Religion and Church Ministry from a school for Prophets, out of Jacksonville, Florida. I am also quite versed in the Bible as a whole. I am a non-denominational Christian, due to my belief that God never meant for different denominations... there is ONLY one religion (as the word of God says). I consider this to be an excellant way to witness the glory of God to others, and to further His Kingdom, and purposes...before the soon return of His Son, Jesus.
