Hello Kit.  For what it's worth. Something you said in your bio has me a bit concerned.  You said, "The KJV Bible is the ONLY true english version."  Are you implying that the Holy Spirit cannot use the NKJV, NIV, or NASB to convict, instruct, and educate?!?  Quite frankly I'm surprised that someone with a formal education in religion would make such a statement. Consider the NASB.  It's a closer "word-for-word" translation than the KJV ever thought about being! Granted, there are peversions of God's word out there in the world, but to say something like only one translation is good MAY be stepping close to hearsey towards the Holy Spirit.

I'm very happy that you asked  or rather made this statement
about the KJV.

First of all, I've done a exhaustive study on this and I know what I'm saying/believing is true.  Yes, I agree that in some instances the KJV isn't the best translation. But if you consider this one thing below, you might then agree with me, that it IS the most accurate.

Consider this:

The devil knows his time is short; correct?  Well, if you were him, what do you think would be the best way to kill steal or destroy God's plan for man?

Would it not be, to destroy the word of God itself? Cause it to be of no effect. Decieve the masses by perverting its passages, by promoting, producing other perversions of His word to also cause DIVISION among the body of Christ as a whole. Furthermore, what is the best way to conquer an army?
(an army of christians) is it not to first DIVIDE them up into smaller groups for easier conquest? Every general knows this to be true, and so doesn't the devil, and he's doing a wonderful job of it, isn't he?

Also how long has the KJV been around? Over 600 years..and its been used by millions to convict and convince mankind of their need for Christ. How long has these other versions been around?  ONLY in the last 60 or so yrs.  WHY? because the devil knows his time is short...and he must act quickly and precisely.
