QUESTION: What is all the reasons you as one of Jehovah's Witnesses  dont look a Christian Co-op website?  (I thought that Jehovah's Witnesses, were, Christians.)

Answer
Hi there, Yes we are Christians & thats why we dont look at religious websites, if you remember Jesus words he said; "Not everyone saying Lord Lord will enter into the Kingdom etc.." (Matthew 7;21-23) so Jesus taught that; not all who say they are Christians are necessarily pleasing to God.

Im sure you will agree for instance, that most of the wars in the world today are caused by religion, which bears my point out.

The bible says to stay well away from false religion (rev 18;4)so we as Christians try to obey this command.

Having said that, we study about different faiths to see what they believe, but we do not believe or follow their teachings.

When Jesus was on the earth he commanded his followers to "preach the good news of the Kingdom"(Matthew 24;14)& before he left, his last words were; "Go & make disciples of people of all the nations etc" (Matthew 28;19,20)this is what Jehovah's Witnesses do in obedience to that command.

Im happy to answer any questions you may have though.

I love to study and have made a point of finding out all there is to know about Early Christianity, how it was founded, and why, what happened after it was established, where it all went wrong, and why Christianity is struggling today.Having been a protestant I can give you its history, and now being one of Jehovah`s witnesses I can give you its history also.

Experience

I have been speaking to people about this for over 30 years so that has given me experience.
