Question
what are the experiences of colonies with the injustice caused by colonization with the catholic church

Answer
The short answer is simply I cannot answer this, because what you mean by "colonies" is ambiguous.

The longer answer is that, regardless of what colonies you are referencing, in general you will find that the Catholic Church was always a force humane and limiting of the "conquests" of others (like Cortez (cf. http://www.catholicexchange.com/node/67735)).

The Catholic Church was an early force in the development of the inherent rights of mankind and the very dignity owed to humanity.

But the Church is a hospital for sinners, not yet a mansion for saints, and as such there are people within her at every stage of conversion, struggling in different ways with every kind of sin; expecting perfection is unrealistic.

If you would like to give me a bit more information, though, I would be willing to do some research and get back to you.
