I am taking an introductory to christianity course and i need to pick a topic for a research paper. I have to focus on an event. I want to write on the reformation, but i need to pick a particular event that occured during the reformation. Can you give me some examples of events that occured during the reformation that i can write on?

The happenings at the "Diet of Worms" is one of the more publicized events and, as such, would make it easier for you to find material to research.

The sale of indulgences as one of the sparks which ignited the Reformation among the populous is another topic.

The translation of the Bible into the languages of the various nations is yet another cause for the Christian church to be "reformed" back to its New Testament beginnings.

Those were exciting times when men and women put their lives on the line for their faith in God.
