Question
can you tell me what if any are there a difference between a christening and baptisum

Answer
I have always heard the terms used interchangeably.

In "baptism"  (which is from the Greek word used in the Bible) we are buried with Christ and so are joined with Him in both dead to condemnation and will be raised with Him   AND

"christening" means the same when you look at the word as CHRISTening..becoming as Christ.
