Christianity--Church History/Faith that the world were framed?

Question
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Hebrews 11:3:

What the word is saying that by faith God framed the world?

Answer
That translation makes it difficult to understand.  This translation is correct:

Heb. 11:33 "By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.
(from New International Version)

I checked out the orginal Greek text to be sure that the NIV is correct.  It is.
