Question
the bible tells us about mary Magdalen being there and Jesus,s mother where were the apostles and if not present why are they telling the story who really witness the crucifixion

Answer
The Bible does make a special point of saying that the "women" were at the crucifixion.  But this does say or mean that the disciples were not there too.

Here are some passages which clearly say that at least some of the apostles were there as witnesses:

This was the apostle John
John 19:26-27
26 When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to his mother, "Dear woman, here is your son," 27 and to the disciple, "Here is your mother." From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.
(from New International Version)

This was St. Peter
Acts 3:15-16
15 You killed the author of life, but God raised him from the dead. We are witnesses of this.
(from New International Version)

Acts 5:30-32
0 The God of our fathers raised Jesus from the dead-whom you had killed by hanging him on a tree. 31 God exalted him to his own right hand as Prince and Savior that he might give repentance and forgiveness of sins to Israel. 32 We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him."
(from New International Version)

Acts 10:39-40

39 "We are witnesses of everything he did in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They killed him by hanging him on a tree, 40 but God raised him from the dead on the third day and caused him to be seen.
(from New International Version)
