Questionwhat modern churches do not believe in the divinity of Jesus? I have been looking for sometime but cannot find any except Jehovah Witnesses whose doctrines I do not believe in.
Thanks

AnswerNone of the historical churches denied the divinity of Jesus Christ. The Ecumenical creeds where written to state that the Arian heresy was rejected by the church until what we might call the modern times.
But the lack of understanding or outright rebellion against the scripture's teaching of Christ having both a divine and human nature has always led some to deny His divinity in the mainline Christian churches.
Since there is nothing to which we can compare to our one God, yet with the three persons of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost, the trust in human wisdom over God's wisdom is bound to cause people lacking in faith of God and His word to fall.
With all of the sects and denominational splits, it is impossible to know all the "churches" deny the divinity of Christ. Of the larger ones there are the Mormons(Latter Day Saints) and The Way International.
But I'm unable to find any listing of all the modern churches which do not believe in the divinity of Jesus Christ. If you are looking to avoid such groups you will have to ask for their statement of faith before you know what they teach concerning the Son of God.
