Please include Anglican and Episcopal Churches with the Catholic/Orthodox Churches who use real wine. The Anglican/Episcopal churches also believe that in partaking of either element (bread or wine) one would receive the full benefit of the Eucharist, thus one who (for any reason) does not want to partake of alcoholic wine may take the bread alone.
