Questionwhat is the date of origin and place of origin of christianity. exact if u know
AnswerNo one was keeping dates and time when Christianity was first made a fact centuries before Christ was born into the world.
God first spoke in the Garden of Eden about the child who would crush the head of the devil to redeem God's people.
When God makes promises, they are already a fact. He continued to make this promise of the Messiah (same word as "Christ" ..the first in Hebrew, the second in Greek) to leaders like Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and later prophets.
Since Christians, both Gentile and Jewish, know who this Messiah/Christ was to be, we know that CHRISTianity began with God's first promise.
HOWEVER, FOR THE WORLD, "Christianity" began in the First Century A.D. (Anno Domina -Year of Lord) as recorded in the historical book written at that time:
Acts 11:24-26
24 He was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and faith, and a great number of people were brought to the Lord.
25 Then Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul, 26 and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people. The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch.
