Question
Hi,

I have some questions about silent prayer.

Is praying silently, in my mind, as powerful as praying aloud?

Can God hear silent prayers?

When I pray silently, should I call God "God" or "Father"?

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Kari

Answer
Dear Kari,

God is a spirit. John 4:24.

Jesus called Him Father and we are here to follow Jesus.

Spirits communicate at a deeper level that humans, not needing words but imparting principles, revelations and epiphanies.

Please study the Holy Spirit in John 14-16 chapters.
Acts 1:8; 2:4 and chapter 8; 19 and 11.

Grasp the way that spirit move, communicate and impart things to human beings.

God sees your heart and knows what you are about to say before you say it.

John 6:63.

If you are really serious in the pursuit of this truth there is a great wealth of truths to be gained by studying it.

God bless
