Question
Hi, i want to start saying that i love Jesus with all my heart, But i feel lonely?? I get sad really often, what can i do? How can i feel like that if i have the most precious of all that is God. what to i have to do besides praying

Answer
Hey 'fer',

Thanks for your question.
It's normal, and human to be lonely.  You will never be so close to God that you will never struggle with loneliness any more.  God made us to live in relationship to Himself, but also to other people.   Are you pursuing friendships with a couple close girlfriends (assuming you are female - I couldn't tell by your name! I'm so sorry - but I think you know what I mean).
And another thought is that loneliness can always be a reminder to get closer to the Lord.  To say you love Jesus with all your heart is something that only you can sense -- It is a matter of degrees. Even the saintliest saint does not love God with their whole heart. But if you love Him with as much of your heart as you know how, then you can say so.   If you are unsure of how deep your love is, tell God you love Him but want to love Him more.
Let your loneliness urge you to seek Him more closely.  Praying is just communicating with Him, keep doing that.  And study His Words, and serve Him with all your heart.  But don't expect all the lonely feelings to necessarily go away all at once. I think you, just like everyone, will go through times of lonely feelings.
I think Elisabeth Elliot wrote a book called 'Loneliness', maybe you could check that out.

And remember, 'The Lord is near those who call to Him, to all who call on Him in truth.'  ~Ps.

God loves you!
Feel free to write back if I didn't answer fully....
Love,
SM
