Hi there! Im 18 years old and im currently in a relationship of 3 years. I know im young but im seriously  considering marrying my boyfriend Joseph. I am also sexually active but just got saved last year. Im finding it hard because i use to think that our relationship was based on sex but we have been living in different parts of the country for 8 months and we're still very much in love. Joseph is non Christian from a non religious family but he tells me he will start going to church because of me. This is a really hard decision to make seeing im so young and i read the bible often but sometimes find it difficult to understand sometimes. I was hoping you would lead me to the right scriptures and maybe simplify the answers or possibilities. I love the lord and think about him more than anyone else. Should i be waiting? or was i meant to save Joseph so he can save his family?

HI Sarah, Well I could say do this or that but first Im going to say; Jesus spoke of 2 roads, the "broad road " the narrow road" now I could say to handle the situation a certain way, but no matter how you handle it, you will still be on the "broad road" so your first priority is to find the "narrow road that leads to life" (Matthew 7;13,14)

Those who at present are on this "Narrow road" live their lives daily according to God's word the bible, which means they do not have sexual relations BEFORE marriage (full stop)

They also do not date & marry while still a teenager because the bible says to wait till your; "past the bloom of youth"

Those on that narrow road also only; "marry in the Lord" which means another TRUE Christian.

Its only natural that you are finding the "decision hard" because we all need "accurate knowledge" from the bible to aid us in our decision making.
