If you are called to serve God as a Pastor and you know the work on your desk that is your all is needed,how can you handle your marriage and the work without neglecting the other?

Answer
You need to think about why you fell in love with your wife. You loved her first and she was enough. You just need to find a way to separate your work life with your home life. There is a difference and I think that it's really important for you to draw the line. Talk with her and figure out a plan so you can focus on one part of you life at a time that makes you really happy, then later on, you can go home to the other part.

I can answer things that have to do with any sort of question about religion. I am a Mormon and I have been through my entire life so if you ask me questions about that religion I can give you facts and I might be able to explain things a little better than people that aren't of that faith.
