My friend says that she is a Christian Wiccan, what exactly is a Christian Wiccan?

Hi there, Well what she is really saying is; that shes a Christian Witch. Which is impossible because God detests witchcraft as it takes it's power from the Devil.

"Keep on making sure of what is acceptable to the Lord and quit sharing with them in the unfruitful works that belong to the darkness, but, rather, even be reproving them" (Eph 5; 10,11)

The apostle John wrote: “If we make the statement: ‘We are having a sharing with him (God),’ and yet we go on walking in the darkness, we are lying and are not practicing the truth.” (1 John 1:6)

For many of them, the primary reason for becoming witches is a sense of spiritual emptiness and a disenchantment with mainstream religions. Speaking of her coven, Phyllis Curott, a Wiccan high priestess, says: “All of us were dissatisfied with the teachings and practices of the religions with which we had been raised.”

But witchcraft is not the path to genuine spirituality.God’s Word, warns against a malicious source of evil spirituality. (1 John 4:1) It identifies Satan the Devil, the archenemy of God, and his demons as the source of much of the misguided spirituality prevalent today. According to the Bible, Satan “has blinded the minds” of many. He actually is “misleading the entire inhabited earth,” including those who are involved in witchcraft—whether they claim to worship the Devil or not. —2 Corinthians 4:4; Revelation 12:9.

Many of the practices and rituals associated with modern witchcraft are strikingly similar to the uncanny aspects of Satanism.
