how can i get him to be completely committed to God?

Answer
You have to determine what level you consider to be close enough. When someone gets in a relationship with God it is a personal one. We can't make judgement on his level as I can't say what your level of commitment is to God. You could tell me that are very close to God and be very far away. if you love him and want to be his wife then you have to realize that a relationship with God is not something that happens over night. It is a long and very personal experience for each person. He may have his own way of keeping God in his life and that is something that you will have to accept.
