Question
Hello i cant really explain it but are we chosen to be on this earth who we are now or by God or is it natural. I mean is each sperm a different person and soul. If i wasn't born who i am now would i be born as someone else  meaning body and soul. I just don't understand how we get here like the feeling inside knowing that it is you inside mentally and not someone else. I know scientist say that we become what we are my the environment and society but i don't think that answers the question.Sorry if you don't understand what i am trying to say

Answer
You're right, we aren't here by chance. We are here because we were chosen to be who we are. You talk about a soul so I'm kind of going to use that term to explain this to you. Your soul is made up of your spirt and your body. Your spirit can't change. It looks exactly like your body because it's you. It thinks like your body because it's you. So no matter what, you would always be you. Your body is just house for your spirit. No one knows exactly when the spirt enters the body, to form a soul, so I can't say for sure if each sperm is a different person or not but I know that you are meant to be you.

I can help you understand this more if you would like. I just don't know what you already know about it or what you want to know. You are you because God created you that way. There's a scripture that says that we were chosen before we were born, meaning when we were still in heaven with God. We are meant to be us. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I can answer things that have to do with any sort of question about religion. I am a Mormon and I have been through my entire life so if you ask me questions about that religion I can give you facts and I might be able to explain things a little better than people that aren't of that faith. If you have a question on whether or not something is okay to do I can look at it through my "Mormon eyes" or if you would like me to I can just look at it on a plain religious level. I will do my best to anwer your question. Please include you age with your question.

Experience

I have been a youth leader in my church since I was twelve. My neighborhood is very religious so I have gained knowledge from them as well.
