Christianity --Youth Issues/its getting confusing

Question
Ok, this is a bit of a long story. I've been with my bf for 6 months. I'm 17 and he's 21, but that's not important. His parents are Muslim and ever since he met me, he's been questioning what he was taught since he was little. So, now he's been studying and reading the Bible trying to find the truth and find God. He's been coming to church with me since just before we got together. He hasn't given his life to Jesus because he knows its a big decision and he's waiting for a sign. Now, I have this friend and I know she hears from God and while he's being coming to the church, she has told me various things. The first was that my bf would get saved and that God approves of our relationship, the second was a vision basically saying that he would get saved through my leading him to the path to heaven, and then just her saying that in her heart, she feels like he's saved, like he believes. And he had a dream recently that we were in church and someone told him that we would be the same religion one day. My friend and I talk a lot because we believe that he will be saved soon, its like his heart is open to believe, he's just waiting for that one thing. But lately, I've been confused. Because my pastor and youth leader both warned be careful and basically told me to pray about the relationship, and during the service last night it was about trusting God, I just had a bad feeling in my heart, and I'm confused. I've tried to pray, but I've been living in sin for a few months that its been hard to break out of so I'm starting to feel far from God and that scares me. What are your thoughts?

Answer
Not exactly sure what your question is.

Keep praying, and don't put that much stock in your friend's visions and thoughts from God.  Only a few people have the spiritual gift of prophecy.

And what's this about living in sin?  Why are you living in sin?  And why did you tell me that?

Confused, myself.
