Christianity --Youth Issues/Lust for future wife

Question
Hallo.
I am a 17 year old guy. I know that the Bible say that you may not have sex before marriage and that it is a sin to lust for a woman. Lust is basically adultery in Jesus' eyes. But you may have sex with your wife. Is it then wrong to lust for your future wife? I am a normal teenager that thinks a lot about sex, but recently I have had a lot of guilt feelings about these thoughts. Is it a sin if I think about having sex with my future wife?

Answer
Tony-

I would say no, it's not a sin.  It's sort of a catch-22 - lusting is a sin, but sex with your wife is not, but how do you know if the woman is right for you unless you lust for her?  Just don't get carried away and let the lust consume your every thought, and if accompanied by frequent masturbation, then you may develop a problem.

Hope I answered your question.  If not, write again.

Blessings,
Carl
